Wire Transfer

A Wire Transfer, or Telex Transfer (TT) is an electronic payment from one bank to another. This is the most secure form of payment as the funds are guaranteed to be paid before the goods are shipped. This type of payment is normally required when a customer places a large order or asks for an order to be shipped to a deferent country or person. mPhone also require a Wire Transfer from countries representing a high risk.

In the UK, there are two types of inter-bank payments a customer can arrange:

BACS: This is a bill payment that takes 3 days to clear but in most cases is carried out by the bank for free.

CHAPS: will generally arrive within the UK the same day, but will cost typically £20 or so to arrange.

A TT from outside the UK will take 1-4 days to reach our account.

Please consult your bank on the cost and procedure for arranging a Wire transfer.
