The item(s) should be sent back in their original packaging with all the original accessories that came in the box and make sure that it is adequately insured and well packaged.

If the item(s) is found not to be faulty or outside the warranty period or the warranty is voided due to physical or water damage, then an administration fee of GBP 20 may apply in addition to the repair costs.
