M-Phone provided a friendly and efficient service that also elegantly handled my changed decision halfway through the transaction.

They are one of the first companies to stock (and subsequently ship) the phones in the UK and did not expect their customers to pay an high mark-up for the privilege. The only slight let-down is the bad service of the Royal Mail special delivery, which is naturally outside their control.

Good, friendly service and a fast response - I'd recommend them to others looking for "just-out" or "must-have" phones but I would ask for courier delivery next time.

I live in Canada, and I must tell you, sometimes I don't get the same speed of delivery from Canadian retailers. I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of your service. There is no way to get this kinda of phone for that kinda of money here in North America.

The service of Mphone, I found refreshingly helpful and very speedy. I had a few queries after placing my order and e mailed Mphone about them, these e mails were dealt with quickly, politely and efficiently and made me feel I had made the right decision to use Mphone. After this, I received a call from Mphone, but it was on my answer phone on my mobile, which I hadn't been alerted to by my phone, but Mphone then made every effort to get hold of me and when I left a message for them, I was called back promptly.

I received e mail confirmation with special delivery numbers and the goods arrived well before I had expected. If I had upgraded my phone directly with my network it would have cost me far more and some dealings I have had with my network have left a lot to be desired.

Things such as returned calls and being informed of exactly what is going on with an order are small, but very important where good service is concerned. This transaction has been the least painful experience I have had of this nature to which I am very grateful to Mphone for. I have also received a very good deal. Thank you

Having been in the wireless industry for 6 years and being a pro GSM user here in the US, I was AMAZED at the quality and service I received at mphone. ABSOLUTELY no online retailer I have come across has ever been this good and efficient. They were even helpful when I ran into problems with a block on my card, as they waited till the block was removed to charge it. They are BY FAR the most courteous company I have had the pleasure of dealing with and I have even placed 3 additional orders through them.

FORGET cellpoint.net and those other faceless online stores that try to weed out as much cash from you as possible. They couldn't even answer a query I had before I wanted to buy a phone. Thankfully, I bought mine at mphone.. Mphones prices are by FAR the most reasonable (SOME EVEN AS LOW AS WHOLESALE) and their delivery service is EXCELLENT. As a US customer, I can only hope that more people from the US buy from Mphone and save on tonnes of $$. The Speedy delivery of TNT/Airborne Express was 5 *'s.

It was kind of an experiment, ordering the R520 with bluetooth headset from Germany. It worked great. After having confirmed the credit card, mphone send out the phone on the same day with TNT (which is the best delivery service, e.g. WAP-tracking) and it arrived one day later. All products work fine here and I got the R520 in silver before it is released in Germany. Thanks for the great service!
