I recently ordered a new Ericsson R520 and Bluetooth headset (HBH-15) from MPhone, for delivery to the USA. The order was placed on a Friday, shipped on Monday and arrived overnight on Tuesday. MPhone's proper handling of US Customs procedures eliminated any import duty/taxes, and their outstanding prices were lower (including Fedex shipping from the UK) than anything I could find in the US.

Dear Sirs, we normally buy our SIM free phones from Cell****, and only came to you for an urgent delivery of a Ericsson T28 World that they did not have in stock. they promised delivery next day, you stated up to 4 working days. You guys are honest. I asked if you had the phone on Monday December 10, and you said you had it, so I ordered one. The phone arrived in Toronto on Wednesday, and Fedex gave it to me on Thursday (they would have given it sooner, but Fedex said it's the holiday season, and there's a lot of traffic).
From the part of mPhone, you couldn't have done a better job from service to price. And the phone is great too :)

I thought that your service, from speaking to Jackie on the phone whilst placing the order, to the phone arriving at my door this morning was A1. I had been trying to buy the product from C******** over 1) The internet and 2) The phone. But after a week and a half of me calling them every day, the told me that I would have to go and buy it from the shop (What's the point in having a sales team on the phone and an E-Commerce website I ask myself????)

Very easy company to deal with. They have their credit card checks as you would expect but delivered when promised. Feedback was enhanced using Fed-Ex with on-line tracking. I was able to track the phone easily after is was despatched. I’ll definitely be using mphone again.
