I wanted to buy a sim free T68i and went to Google to do a web search. I was glad that I did because it pointed me to 'mPHONE'. I compared their prices and service with other UK suppliers and was left in no doubt. Since then I've not hesitated to go back to them to supply me with a T66 as well. Just to thank you all very much at 'mPHONE' for a great service and great prices. You get my wholehearted recommendation. It's internet shopping at its best but with a personal touch.

Wanted to say a big 'thank-you' to Mphone. I'm always a little sceptical and concerned when making purchases online, but my fears were well and truely unfounded. Just got word that my order has shipped. Thanks for this opportunity to provide feedback. Most companies don't go to the trouble of asking.

I was initially impressed by your good prices, although I found your methods of accepting payments a little limiting (I live in Australia).

I have recently moved house and accordingly went to some difficulty in coming up with appropriate proofs of address.

I feel that my situation was dealt with very competently by the mPhone staff (I was served by Jackie, Ali and Michael). I thought the safeguards they had in place to prevent fraudulent card use were very thorough -- and I was still pleasantly surprised by the speed with which my order was accepted and processed.

Eager (as you are) for a new toy, I'm tracking the location of my order on the FedEx site as it wings its way down under.

The service I have received throughout the whole transaction has been exceptional. I myself work in customer service and can appreciate a well-designed process when I see one. Thanks, and congratulations on such a smooth ordering procedure. Well done to all the staff involved.

I am blind. My mobile phone is an essential piece of kit for me - in fact it has been said it is the best mobility aid since a long cane!

I think mphone is a brilliant site. Apart from the fact that the prices are very competitive and the service very good; it is the fact that the site is very accessible for me as a blind person using a talking computer. wanted to pass on my thanks for a great job done. Was a bit worried about ordering over the internet and also the fact that I was halfway around the world in New Zealand. After answering some general queries and informing me that they had previously sent orders to NZ I was confident they were not going to rip me off.

Ordered on Friday and the phone arrived the following Friday. Ended up saving over $300 so will be recommending mPhone to anyone I know who wants a new phone.

I'd just like to say that I am very pleased with my V60g that I ordered from you guys. There are just two things that I think you could do better:

1) The credit card verification stuff was a pain and I can totally understand your concerns (I sell some stuff on eBay and dread having a credit card fraud incident). But, it would have been appreciated if you had emailed me and asked me to send in the CC statement, etc. rather than me having to phone in everyday. I really wanted my phone and I kinda felt like I was stalking you guys in the process of getting it.

2) If I had not known that Motorola's have to be switched over to 1900mhz, I would have been very worried when my phone couldn't get reception. Perhaps you could include a note for other customers to avoid such initial panic!

Other than these two things, I am more than happy. Your price was reasonable, shipping not exorbitant, and once the item shipped, it was in my hands in only 24 hours. Amazing!

I also like your warranty policy (helping us NA folks out), however I hope I never have to use it!

In a word 'Excellent'

After seeing this deal that was significantly better than any high street retailer would offer (they wouldn't even honour the price match) I decided to purchase off mPhone.

mPhone seemed to genuinely want to help, every step of the way. I received the handset only a couple of days after posting the return contract paper work, was even called to check that it was received, together with the pin sim. It was, complete and no damage from posting :)

Number ported across from Vodafone no trouble at all. Would not hesitate to buy from mPhone again.

Hello – I received my T-66 last week and was happy with the prompt delivery in the USA from Great Britain. The only suggestion I have is that when you mail to the U.S. or any foreign country, that you don’t mail a British plug with the phone, but instead the kind of plug that the country you’re mailing it to has.
