Hi, just wanted to say your service seriously impressed me and restored my faith in purchasing over the net. The web-site is easy to use and the speed of delivery could not have been quicker (especially as this was my first order from your site)!!! Having previously waited for two weeks for a similar order from another site (despite being offered next day delivery), I was very pleasantly surprised when my new phone arrived within 36 hours of placing the order. A fine effort considering the order was placed on the thursday before a bank holiday and i hadnt expected to have a phone for a good few days. Once again, well done and I hope to put business your way by reccomendation.

I just purchased a Nokia 6610 phone from you. The phone is great and I am happy that I shopped with you, but I do have a small complaint. When I ordered the item, I sent all the forms that you asked me to including the one requesting that you ship to a different address. Apparently, nobody looked at that form, because the shipment was sent to my home address, when I had EXPRESSLY asked that it be sent to my work. I spent a whole day trying to track down my package with FedEx, because they said my parcel was undeliverable, due to the fact there was nobody home. Perhaps there needs to be some type of double check mechanism in place, so that it doesn't happen to other people.

I recently ordered a SIM-free Nokia 3650 from mPhone, and couldn¹t be happier with the service I received. Placed my order over Easter weekend, which meant the order wasn¹t processed until Tuesday morning... but still got the phone Thursday. Impressive, especially since I live in an off-the-beaten-path US state (West Virginia)!

I did have to make one call to mPhone; my credit card issuer called to say that my card had been charged twice. When I called, the rep knew exactly why this happened, and took care of the problem immediately.

The service puts lots of businesses of all kinds in the States to shame.

To sum things up: mPhone RULES!! Thanks!!

This has just got to be the best service I have experienced. I ordered a Nokia 6310i on the 29th April 2003 and had it in my hand on the 3rd May. What's so good about this I hear you say? Well, I live in Australia !!!

When you consider credit card checks, shipping and customs departments I think this is absolutely marvellous. Well done M-Phone... especially Peter.

Great. I found this phone £60 cheaper than anywhere eles. Also was one of only two places that sold this phone for any network. Thes best thing of all was that I recieved it so quickly, just under 2 days! Great stuff.
