It's always a bit worrying using a company on
the internet for the first time, especially when
you are buying something that is relatively expensive.
I needn't have worried. I placed my order and
it arrived the day after. The other thing I liked
about MPhone was the ability to talk over the
phone with someone before purchasing the item.
The man I spoke to was extremely helpful, without
giving me pressure to buy the item we were discussing.
I am sure I will be returning to MPhone in the
future. Finally, I am not the sort to usually
write testimonials, however, for anyone out their
who is indecisive about this company, go ahead,
I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

The service was flawless, the order was promptly
processed and sent by FEDEX to America.From start
(online order) to shipping took 2 days.
If you are overseas, fill in the form attached
to the confirmation email. It speeds the order
along (no address checks are necessary).

recieved a call from Fedex Gibraltar letting me

Message: Singlepoint Connection
I have just bought a Motorola 280i from mPhone,
which has been discontinued. mPhone managed to
find one to suit the car cradle I already have.
However Singlepoint (the service provider) has
failed to connect me to the Vodaphone network
for 2 days so far. I looked at their small print
and ref para 2.1 of their Terms and Conditions
(written to protect them not the customer) I note
that they do not guarantee to connect you by any
particular date!
My suggestion to anyone buying a phone is to
ensure that it is made clear when connection will
occur - merely receiving the phone does not guarantee
you can use it from Day 1! I am not impressed
with Singlepoint's customer service to date, as
a result of this experience. They have not kept
me informed and I have had to go through Marais
at mPhone to get any satisfaction. To his credit
he has tried to make recompense but ultimately
it's down to Singlepoint.

just to say i have dealt with other mobile phone
companies but i must admit your service is second
to none, the speed in which i recieved my phone
was great,and the back up service to let me know
that it was on route is first class.the last mobile
company i bought a phone from cancelled my order
and never even let me as to why even though i
emailed them for an explanation i never got a
reply, so in future i recommend mphone to anyone
who is looking to buy a mobile phone. (keep up
the good work)
