I placed my order with mPHONE on Sunday 27/06/04,
having ordered from them before and receiving
fantastic customer service.
I received a confirmation email immediately after
placing my order to confirm that it had been received,
and yesterday another email to confirm that it
had been shipped; which included a consignment
number with which to track the package.
My phone arrived this morning before I'd even
managed to get out of bed, fortunately someone
else was able to sign for the package, having
now received my order I can quite confidently
say that mPHONE is one of, if not the best company
I have ever ordered anything from ever.
I unreservedly recommend their services.

Having purchased a new mobile phone only a week
ago and received exceptional service from mPhone,
when my daughter's mobile went AWOL I had no hesitation
but to order another from this company. Again,
an order placed online at 09.51GMT on a Thursday
arrived at 11.36 GMT the following day.
Glad to say that my daughter is happy now that
she can get back to 'texting' her friends, those
she talked to face to face only minutes earlier,
and I'm more than happy with the excellent service
I've received once again from mPhone.
Happy to recommend mPhone to anyone who wishes

Mphone has many of the qualities that are sadly
lacking from the other mobile phone and accessory

It is a pleasure to acknowledge exceptional service
when purchasing any type of goods these days.
All too often suppliers are happy to take your
money and do nothing until the customer rants
and raves about the lack of service received.
And so I am very happy to confirm that my new
mobile phone, sourced on the Internet and ordered
at 13.48 GMT on a Friday afternoon, arrived at
07.10 GMT on the following morning - even if it
was a shock to be awoken so early!
I found mPhone website through a Search Engine
and I'm very glad that I did. The site was easily
navigable and the prices very competitive. As
an ICT Trainer I am always happy to recommend
good service from reputable companies to my clients
when demonstrating the benefits of the Internet
- I shall surely be recommending mPhone.

It's difficult to know where to start really,
you might as well just get a thesaurus and list
all the superlatives. I found mphone to be absolutely
superb. They had the particular phone I wanted,
a Nokia 6310i, significantly cheaper than other
on-line retailers. Plus I could specify that I
wanted the silver version, whereas with others
it would seem you have to take pot luck.
Despite Mphone advising it could take a couple
of days to arrive, it actually arrived the day
after I ordered it!! It just doesn't get better
than this.
The phone itself is absolutely pristine and flawless,
and has worked perfectly from the minute it was
switched on.
So, in summing up, ten out of ten to Mphone,
thank you very much and I'll be back next time.

After buying Sony-Ericsson P800 from mPhone web
site, now I can say that, I am extremely pleased
with the service they provided. They answered
all my questions promptly and accurately. I got

vat and delivery. weds morning post i received

I would like to express my satisfaction from
the prompt and efficient way mPhone handled my
order.
Two hours after placing an order for an iMate
Pocket PC Phone, I was astonished to receive
an email with the note that my "New and Cool"
Pocket PC phone is on the way to me with FedEx.
The rest of the process in Israel was a bit more
complicated, since the Ministry of Communications
has not received a request for this phone yet,
I'm willing to help with this process to anyone
who wishes to import the iMate to Israel.
I already have two friends considering buying
this product too.
