I am delighted and impressed by a great service
and prompt response. This is the second time I
have used your services for a phone order and

on is price for my latest purchase, but I did
not consider it an issue in light of the service
provided and would not even consider saving a

The price was slightly more than same product
on other web site (£10), however this was more
than ofset by the fact that mPhone had the phone
in stock and delivered the next day as promised,
unlike the other site which had no ohones in stock
and couldn't tell me when they expected a delivery.
I'm affraid I'm one of those who having made up
their mind to buy something I want NOW!! so well
done mPhone. The only other slight critism was
the box was quite badly bashed however the phone
inside was fine.

The most attractive point of mPhone is it's price
competitiveness. In addition, for me, the design
of HP is not so complicated and customer friendly.
As to communication, response were prompt and
satisfactory. They are reliable and I am quite
satisfied with them about their services. Although
this is my first time to deal with mPhone, I would
stick to them and reccommend them to my friends
for future needs. Only dis-advantage to deal with
them for us Far-East customer is expensive freight,
but the same can be averaged down if you ara looking
for an attractive price of high-end product.

Excellent service however I'd like to comment
on my experience with keying the wrong card expiry
date on my order. The e-mail I receievd pertaining
to this told me the bank wouldn't clear the payment
and I should contact them or wire the money. A
simple call to your customer service line rectified
the problem and my goods were delivered within
36 hours - FANTASTIC! I think this e-mail should
be re-written to avoid the impression the account
holder is at fault as I was initially quite annoyed
by it - perhaps it could suggest the customer
contact yourselves first. Just a suggestion. Otherwise,
I'm very happy - thanks!

of stock, but i was notified straight away, and
kept up to date regularly. My emails were answered

I actually can't believe how quickly the order
was delivered; shipped the day i ordered it and
delievered the morning of the next day. I must
say the low price of the product (on average £30
cheaper than other retailers, and thats a lot
for a clip on camera) made me suspicious about
the potential service, but that proved totally
unfounded. Will use mphone again.
