Really pleased with the service and communication
from Mphone. I work with British Forces abroad
and Mphone were happy and able to depatch goods
abroad through the BFPO system where other companys
will only deal with UK post codes. Price was excellent

I am really impressed with the level of service.
I tried to order the phone a few other places
and ended up cancelling the order because of bad
service, too long wait for the product to arrive
and so on. But here everything went beautifuly.

Yes. Motorola V635 is not user friendly neither
is their manual explicit. It assumes we are all
pretty well experts. My wife and I are replacing
through you, our ancient Motorola Orange Pay as
you Go M3788s which are simplicity itself compared
with these modern beasts. For example it took
me a long while to find the 'OK'key which is not
indexed or illustrated possitively, with danger
of aborting my SIM code after 3 inputs. Also I
the 'Motorola Original USB Cable' for PC connection.
I thought, mistakenly, it would be supplied. I
have just spent 10 minutes looking for it on your
web site, but in vain. Can you point me to it
please?

I haven't actually used phone yet, as it is
a present for my son, but we have had this model
before and it was great. Very good service- but
only one point - in the packaging, there wasn't
an actual receipt, just a piece of paper telling
me what to do in invent of problems. Is this sufficient?
