I thought the website was easy to follow and I was particularly impressed with the facility to follow my order. It arrived in good time as indicated by mPhone. There was a great selection of phones and the one I bought I didn't see anywhere else. Can only give an 8 for 'ease of use' as I'm only mastering it, but 10/10 for everything else.
